"DeuS Sorbet"

Recipes

  • - 0.75 dl (3 fl. oz.)
  • - DeuS
  • - 1 desert spoon barley sugar
  • - 150 g. (5 1/4 oz.) sugar
  • - Juice of 1 lemon

Preparation

Mix everything together vigorously and allow to become smooth in the sorbetière. Serve the sorbet in a sundae glass accompanied by ice-cold DeuS and decorated with a ginger biscuit.
