The art of Pouring


You will enjoy a Kwak most in its original Kwak glass, poured in accordance with the rules of the art

  • The glass must be dry and at a temperature of between 5 and 6 °C (41-43 °F)
  • Hold the glass at a slight slant and pour until full. Bear in mind that there must still be about 2cm of froth in the bowl of the glass when the head reaches the rim.
  • After rising for approximately 15 seconds, the head will stabilise about 7cm from the upper edge of the Kwak glass
